Sign-A-Rama Des Plaines is going green! We have been using our new HP DesignJet L25500 for about 2 months now, and we couldn't be happier. Not only is the print quality much improved over our solvent based printer, but the latex inks in our new printer are environmentally safe. We no longer have to ventilate the shop and we are getting better print results while retaining the same durability we had with solvent based ink!
One of the more amazing features of switching to latex inks is the ability to recycle materials once they are no longer needed. Some of the materials can be placed right in your recycle bin and sent out on garbage day! HP also has a recycling program as well where used materials can be sent in directly to them to be recycled.
